Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors with the capabilities to Provide Tele Townhall or Broadnet services for the Clement J. Zablocki Veteran Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. The contractor shall furnish services of a Tele Town Hall or Broadnet (multimedia communications solution) that offers telephone communications to targeted Veteran audiences for the purposes of hosting Veteran virtual Town Hall Meetings. The telecommunication solution using telephone technology needs to have the capability of dialing out to thousands of audience members at once, Veteran caller participants would then have access to listen to a live audio meeting, ask questions to screeners, and participate in polls. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517919. All interested, responsible sources must submit a capability statement by 3P.M. Tuesday, June 28, 2022, to Romell.Parrott@va.gov to include the following: Company Experience in providing multimedia communications solutions and telephone communications to referenced and include number of years and any examples of current contracts in place with government or commercial entities. Customer point of contact information for contracts listed in company experience along with a description of Government or commercial entities serviced under the contract. Verification of authorization and training related to providing multimedia communications and telephone communication. Number of qualified personnel employed. UEI number, organization name, organization address, point of contact, business size under NAICS, 517919 and socioeconomic status. All vendors must have a BAA (Business Associate Agreement) on file. Specific required tasks are as follows: Use provided phone lists from the Milwaukee VA Medical Center to call up 20K phone numbers at once to invite and engage Veterans in pre-scheduled Veteran Town Hall Meetings that would occur ten times over the course of a 12-month period. For 6 of the Town Halls, Veteran participants would be granted access to an audio meeting scheduled for no longer than 1 hour where Veterans can receive information from the Medical Center, ask questions to screeners, and participate in poll questions. For 4 of the Town Halls, Veteran participants would be granted access to an audio meeting scheduled for no longer than 90 minutes where Veterans can receive information from the Medical Center, ask questions to screeners, and participate in poll questions. Vender software must auto-dial to provided participants Software platform must allow moderators to screen user questions Software platform must allow host to answer questions Software platform must broadcast from the screen or camera of the host Software platform must allow up to 20,000 participants Software platform must not require installation of software July 1, 2022 June 30, 2023 (with 4 1-year options to extend) This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation.
