- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial�items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional�information included in this notice.� The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development�Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement for HBM brand amplifiers and data acquisition equipment.� Please review the attached Request for Quotes for full details on the requirement, for applicable clauses and provisions, and for evaluation criteria for offers received, as well as the brand name justifications.�� Please provide responses to this notice no later than the date listed at the top of this posting to: CERL-CT-QUOTES@usace.army.mil Telephone responses will not be accepted. * Note: In order to be eligible for award of a Government�contract, vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have no active�exclusions, and complete representations and certifications.
