N00164-22-SNB73 � REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) � AN/SLQ-32(V)6 SEWIP BLOCK II SPARES, REPAIRS, DEPOT STAND-UP AND ENGINEERING SERVICES � PSC 5865 � NAICS 325998 Issue Date: 06/24/2022 � Closing Date: 07/22/2022 @ 3:00PM EST The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC-CR) located in Crane, Indiana is conducting market research for vendors with the capabilities and facilities to provide support for the AN/SLQ-32(V)6 Electronic Warfare (EW) Anti-ship Missile Defense System on U.S. Navy ships. Efforts will include, but not limited to support depot stand up, procurement of spares, Line Replaceable Units (LRU), Shop Replaceable Units (SRU), Maintenance Significant Items (MSI), repairs, data, and engineering services as the primary effort. Spares and Repairs Material required to repair, modify, refurbish and/or replace electronic, electrical, and mechanical components including software and firmware components and the testing, installation and checkout thereof. LRU and SRU spares Services Engineering services including, but not limited to, technical support both off-site and in-factory, engineering reach-back support, platform integration support, system integration support, technical studies and analyses, mitigation and checkout, troubleshooting, repairs, refurbishment, failure reporting, reliability analysis and root cause investigations, as well as,� reliability, maintainability, and availability (RM&A) and installations of� SLQ-32(V)6 component modifications, which includes incorporation of hardware, software and firmware changes; as well as installation support and tech-assist support. Depot Stand-up Test processes and procedures; test fixtures and equipment; provide unique test sets or equipment; review of technical data; system checkouts; and perform engineering analysis for system sustainment, as well as, provide training support depot performance of test processes and proc In accordance with Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Procedures, Guidance, and Information (PGI) 213.104, the Government is seeking companies with the capabilities and facilities to meet the requirements as described herein. The Government is requesting market information from industry for the services and supplies. All interested parties are encouraged to submit company and product literature, and/or a white paper no longer than five (5) pages. It is the Governments intent to request proposals within 90 days of the official Request for Proposal (RFP) posting. Documentation may include: 1. Detailed description of relevant industry experience and past performance as it relates specifically to� AN/SLQ-32(V)6 Electronic Warfare (EW) Anti-ship Missile Defense System on U.S. Navy ships. 2. Risk analysis and mitigation strategies regarding supply chain issues, labor availability, production and tooling requirements, and COVID-19 impacts. 3. Any other pertinent information relevant to assess capabilities/approach such as a description with performance parameters and a statement of current availability, summary or prior testing, test reports, or other available data to provide support to this system. At the current time, there is no funding allocated for contractual efforts. This RFI does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), a Request for Quote (RFQ), or a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse companies or entities that respond to this announcement. Costs incurred by interested companies in response to this announcement are non-reimbursable.
