Description

NASA�s Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center (JSC), White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Environmental Compliance and Operations 3 (ECO3) contract which will provide groundwater monitoring, environmental restoration, multi-media environmental compliance, sustainability program services and general environmental operation support services.� It is anticipated the resultant contract will be awarded as Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) containing both Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) and Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Orders.� The anticipated value is not to exceed $80 Million over a 5-year period of performance. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and Size Standard is 562910, Remediation Services, and the size standard is 750 employees, respectively. The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about July 20, 2022, with an anticipated offer due date of on or about August 23, 2022, at 12:00PM MDT. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html. If a solicitation is released, then it and any additional documents will be available on www.sam.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Prospective offerors are encouraged to notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted electronically via email to jsc-wstf-eco3@mail.nasa.gov, no later than July 31, 2022 at 11:59 PM MDT.
