Description

Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold Air Force Base, TN has concluded its market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Precision Filters, Inc., 240 Cherry St. Ithaca, NY 14850. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334515, with a small business standard of 750 employees.� This purchase order will be to procure 28114-FX03-LP4FP-HC14-Y quad bridge dynamic gauge conditioners, CONN-IN-26D connectors, CB-DD50P/16BCNF-BH-4 output cables, and PNL-16BNCBH-1U panels to support engine testing. The anticipated award date is 5 August 2022. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, a bid, proposal, or quotation which will be considered by the Government if received no later than 8 July 2022 at 12:00 PM CDT.
