For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name, Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: D12V2150D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a One Time Buy Firm Fixed price contract, a quantity of 100 each of Tube, Guided Missile; NSN:1440-00-196-0038, Part Number: 11486778 in support of the M-E4 Improved Target Acquisition Missile System. Production Lead Time (PLT) with Government First Article Testing is, 188 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. Without First Article Test is, 233 Days with deliveries to Chambersburg, PA 17201 This item is restricted to an (WOSB) Women-Owned Small Business. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) that is specified on the Source Control Drawing (or Selected Item Drawing or Altered Item Drawing). This part must be acquired directly from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawings as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website https://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
