Description: Remove existing fan coil unit and related appurtenances.� Provide duct connection to provide acoustically isolated chamber with fresh air.� Installation of two new fan coil units, ducting, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and controls, and testing and balancing to provide complete operational heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. Per FAR 36.204 - Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the estimated price is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP).� North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 236220. �The Small Business Size Standard is $39,500,000.00. Product Service Code is Z2AZ, Repair or alteration of other administrative facilities and service buildings.
