Description

The MCoE requires maintenance services on five KeyTrak Systems (3x KeyTrak Server Drawer Systems and 2x Guardian Panel Systems). All five (5) KeyTrak systems are located on Fort Benning, GA. These services include software and hardware support, maintenance and repair on the KeyTrak Systems and Guardian Panel Systems.� The maintenance service is vital to the mission success. KeyTak Systems shall be �operational at all times. �KeyTrak is a total business solution for effectively and efficiently controlling keys, assets, and personnel.� It utilizes a computerized locking steel drawer and iButton key tag technology, eliminating the need to scan a tag or make a log entry when completing a transaction.� During checkout, the selected key will light up so the customer can quickly located it.� NOTE:� Please address all questions or concerns to this email inbox:�usarmy.benning.acc-micc.list.micc-fort-benning@army.mil.
