** HOTEL MUST MEET REQUIMENTS IN Performance Work Statement**� The US Army War College, Army Strategick Education Program, Army Strategic Leadership Seminar is seeking a Hotel in the surrounding Washington DC area.� This will be awarded as a Full Trade Off with a Base plus Four Option Years.� Period of Performance� Base Year: 2023: 30 January - 10 February {Primary), or 16-27 January (Alternate)� Option Year One: 2024: 29 January - 9 February {Primary), or 15-26 January (Alternate)� Option Year Two: 2025: 27 January- 7 February {Primary) or 20-31 January (Alternate)� Option Year Three: 2026: 26 January- 6 February (Primary) or 19-30 January (Alternate)� Option Year Four: 2027: 24 January- 5 February� See Attachments for Performance Work Statement, CUN Structure, and Basis for Award.�
