Description

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of Headquarters Department of the Army, Office of Chief Information Officer (HQDA OCIO), is posting this sources sought notice/ request for information for the purpose of gaining market research only. Information gained as a result of this notice will be used to identify sources capable of providing ServiceNow licenses to HQDA OCIO. HQDA OCIO is located at Ft. Belvoir, VA. HQDA OCIO is seeking sources to provide ServiceNow licensing agreements for the full line of ServiceNow products. Resellers of ServiceNow products must be an authorized distributor of ServiceNow. To Express interest in potential future requirements, please send the following information to the POC below: Offeror�s Company Name, CAGE Code, Unique Entity Identification Number, full address, point of contact, title, phone number and email address. Offeror�s capability to meet this requirement including any current contracts (civilian or Government) to include meeting the requirement to be an authorized reseller. Responses must show clear evidence that your company is a ServiceNow distributor to be considered as a source. This sources sought notice/market survey is for information and planning purposes only, and does not constitute a request for proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for information solicited. Industry responses to this sources sought do not represent binding offers, and the Government cannot accept an industry response to form a binding contract. The Government intends to use any information submitted in response to this request to develop an acquisition strategy for future requirements of this item. All information submitted will be held in a confidential status. Responses may be emailed to Ashley.c.smith92.civ@army.mil and haley.m.olson2.civ@army.mil by 3:00PM 22JUN2022. All interested parties are reminded to be registered with the System for Award Management at sam.gov in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
