- The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAA, Eglin AFB FL, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to build upon the current contract for Software as a Service (SAAS) for the 96 FSS/FSR IAW 13.106-1(b) to JTC Technologies LLC, 9850 Von Allmen Ct. Suite 201, Louisville, KY 40241. Anticipated award date is 08 July 2022. This requirement is for one base year + 4 option years: CLIN 0001: Streamline the connection between the 96 FSS/Force Development Flight training community and students/learners with robust registration management software. LIST OF FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS (Registration Management Software): . Unlimited Number of registrations . Unlimited Number of events . Ability to access outside of .mil . Able to access on personal mobile devices . Modifiable registration form . Limit who can register . Printable Class Rosters . Class Max and minimum . Mark attendance . Different permission levels � overall administrator for giving permissions to course administrators and instructors, course administrator, instructor . Mobile friendly (smartphone, tablet) or minimal ability link to a site . Course Catalog - searchable . Upload documents & Materials with option for periodic currency review. . Marketing Emails with attachment, graphics and html capability . Student emails (able to email students) with attachment, graphics and html capability . Email confirmation . Class reminders . Printable transcript . Transcript with student access . Ability to link other sites . Ability to add class to electronic calendar . Instructor record attendance using mobile device o One-time, daily and/or morning/afternoon attendance options . Auto-completion email/certificate to student capability for instructor and course administrator . Optional/modifiable survey capability . Learning Management System (LMS) for online course delivery . School/course Calendar linked to class creation and registration . Webinars . Manage Programs like Eglin Leadership Development Program (LDP) . Must be able to see who made changes to classes . Ability to quick copy class . Class surveys/feedback tool . Alter classes more than 10 days, preferably for the life of the class The base Period of Performance for these services will be 1 October 2022 - September 2023 for 96 FSS/FSR Eglin Air Force Base, FL, 32542 on a FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541511, small business size standard: 1000. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
