Description: 23 CONS, Moody AFB is looking to acquire an Aerial Drone to perform Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions. Due to the nature of this requirement we are limited on two specific options. We require either a 'PSI Instant Eye Mk3-GEN4-D1', or a 'FLIR R80D SkyRaider'. Please see attached for more details.
