Description

The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806-5000 has a proposed sole source acquisition for energetic loading industrial plant equipment maintenance for energetic processing equipment located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. The proposed contract will include a base year and four (4) option years for a total period of performance of five (5) years. The proposed sole source acquisition is being pursued under Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� The Government intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Time and Materials (T&M) contract to Integrated Production Systems (IPS) Custom Automation Incorporated, 519 Duncan Perry Road, Arlington, Texas, on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or proposal, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS code for this effort is 811219 and the small business sized standard is $22M. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than July 6, 2022 in writing.
