***INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE-*** Estimated Date of Award: 1 Oct, 2022 Synopsis: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 7 (NCO 7) intends to award a sole source contract award to Medivators, Inc., 14605 28th Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55447. The period of performance for contract award will be from October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2027. This requirement is to provide full-service preventative maintenance and emergency support service for two Minntech Endoscope Reprocessors located at Central Alabama Veterans Healthcare System, 215 Perry Hill Rd, Montgomery, Alabama, 36109. The service maintenance plan will include annual Preventive Maintenance (performed in August), per customer request one operator training program annually per facility provided by a MEDIVATORS Clinical Support Specialist, remedial service (labor, travel and parts) if required in between Preventive Maintenance service calls and telephone technical support at no additional charge for each year that the Service Agreement is in effect. Covered equipment includes: Manufacturer Model EE# Serial # Minntech Endoscope Reprocessor ADV-1007 68027 67386813 Minntech Endoscope Reprocessor ADV-1007 68028 67386815 THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by June 22, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. (ET). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to iman.dillard@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted. System for Award Management (SAM): Rule requires a firm to be registered in the SAM Registration Data Base (SAM), prior to award of any contract and agreements.
