- Description
- The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) has a requirement for procurement one (1) brand name or equal to Agilent BioTek Synergy H1 (SH1M) Multi-Mode Microplate Reader and accessories to support the NOAA Cooperative Oxford MD Laboratory�s ongoing microbiological research and experiments using live culture methods to assess growth rates and characteristics of bacteria. All equipment shall be delivered NLT 90 days from receipt of a purchase order.� All equipment shall be furnished and delivered in accordance with the Statement of Need. Quotes shall be FOB destination, The Government will award a firm fixed price contract. Quotes shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor�s quote.� This RFQ is 100% small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; Include a statement specifying the extent of understanding and agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any,; All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on June 24, 2022; any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on best value to the Government.� Factors considered (but are not limited to) include technical, past performance, and price. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to scott.beliveau@noaa.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. Contractors are encouraged to register with the Contract Opportunities Vendor Notification Service as well as the Interested Vendors List for this acquisition (see applicable tab within Contract Opportunities where this synopsis/solicitation is posted). Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/. The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the Contractor�s responsibility to request and receive a confirmation of the quote receipt.
