- Description
- The Government intends to aw ard a Firm Fixed-Price, Low est Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract on an all or none basis, to the offeror that meets all the terms and conditions of this Solicitation to perform Replace Water Tanks located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110 Water and Sew er Line and Related Structures Construction The applicable Wage Determination is Building Construction General Decision Number: AZ20220023, 04/08/2022. The Wage Determination is included in this Solicitation. Notice to Proceed (NTP) as stated in Block 11 below , w ill not be issued until the Contractor provides sufficient bonding to cover the w ork being performed. Bonds and other payment protections shall be provided w ithin 10 calendar days of aw ard. Bid Guarantee required see FAR Clause 52.228.1 Bid Guarantee. Questions are due by 27 June 2022, 12:00 pm (Arizona time). Proposals are due 13 July 2022, 12:00 p.m. AZ Time.
