- Pre-solicitation This is a Pre-Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES UNTIL THE RFQ IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for the information resulting from this posting. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 8), James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), Tampa, FL, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for brand name only DynaSuite Neuro software packages with installation and integration of software within the existing JAHVA medical LAN of imaging scanners (unlimited), and Philips Intellispace (PACS).Additional DynaCAD 5 Concurrent User License to support simultaneous use of breast and prostate modules. Access to regular product updates and improvements. Training for Radiologist end users of the software at implementation and ongoing as needed. (DynaSuite Neuro 3 Multi-vendor compatibility Fully automated processing fMRI analysis with time course graphs, motion analysis and color-coded results in 2D and 3D Diffusion and diffusion tensor imaging with ADC and FA values, DTI color mapping and fiber tracking Perfusion analysis with rCBV, MTT, TTP calculations and color maps as well as leakage correction and dynamic susceptibility graphing Smart Fusion display for integrated review of all advanced neuro datasets. 3D rendering with multiple overlays, variable opacity, cut planes and rotation for improved visualization and surgical planning User customizable hanging protocols QC hanging protocols for data inspection and study quality Results image generation and integrated reporting for DICOM export to PACS Results image generation/export to all major neuro surgical planning systems DynaCAD 5 Breast & Prostate Fully automated post acquisition image processing User customizable hanging protocols Automated transfer of images, statistical data and Prostate PI-RADS® reports to PACS Ability for concurrent/simultaneous users of breast and prostate modules.
