- ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND � DETROIT ARSENAL (ACC-DTA) proposes to solicit and�award a Firm Fixed Price, 18-month Requirements Contract for Skate Mount Assembly. This solicitation will be restricted to Merrill Technologies Group, Inc (Cage Code: 3DTR4) under Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), �Soliciting from a Single Source.��This requirement will be solicited under W56HZV-22-Q-0037. The requirement is for the following item: NSN:�2350-01-612-9056 MFR Part Number:� MTM-10199 Government Part Number: 12522561 Noun: Skate Mount Assembly Estimated 18-month quantity: 78 EA NAICS Code:�336992 Unit of Issue: Each Inspection: Origin Acceptance: Origin FOB Point: Destination Level of Preservation: Military Level of Packaging: B The solicitation, W56HZV-22-Q-0037, is anticipated for release in two to four weeks and will contain the required technical information and a specific due date and time. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
