Description

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for LGF Uniforms. Your proposal must be emailed only to BakuBidBox@state.gov with a copy to BakuBidBox@gmail.com on or before June 17, 2022, 6:00 p.m., Eastern Time. No proposal will be accepted after this time. The U.S. Embassy Baku may cancel the RFQ or any part of it. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: Completed Standard Form SF-1449 Section 1, Pricing Section 5, Representations and Certifications and ensure compliance with FAR Direct any questions regarding this solicitation to the Procurement Agent Elnara Gurbanova by email: gurbanovaen@state.gov. *** We have received questions from Offerors interested in the solicitation. Please see the questions and answers below: Q1: I was wondering if you could accept quotes from smaller companies providing Galls Products. A1: Yes, we accept quotes from smaller companies providing Galls products. Q2: Is this classified as a small business set aside or is this already assigned to Galls themselves? A2: This is neither classified as a small business set aside nor already assigned to Gall. Any company can submit a quote. Q3: I am wondering if Galls GSA schedule would allow us to submit a proposal. A3: Any company can submit a proposal.� Q4: The requirement is under 25K. Why was it published on SAM? A4 :The requirement was published on SAM because it includes a brand name justification.
