Description

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for LGF Uniforms. Your proposal must be emailed only to BakuBidBox@state.gov with a copy to BakuBidBox@gmail.com on or before June 14, 2022, 6:00 p.m., Eastern Time. No proposal will be accepted after this time. The U.S. Embassy Baku may cancel the RFQ or any part of it. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: Completed Standard Form SF-1449 Section 1, Pricing Section 5, Representations and Certifications and ensure compliance with FAR Direct any questions regarding this solicitation to the Procurement Agent Vahid Movsumov by email: MovsumovVI@state.gov. ******** We have received questions from Offerors interested in the solicitation. Please see the questions and answers below: Question 1: Are you sending this RFQ to 5.11 for them to bid too?� Answer 1: This is an open competition. The RFQ has been posted on SAM.gov.� Hypothetically, 5.11 may see it and submit a bid. Question 2:�I have not seen the attachment for the document SF 1449, only the pricing in the continuation of SF 1449.�Would I be able to request that document from you to make sure we have everything we need to properly submit? Answer 2: Standard Form 1449 is on the next page after the cover letter of the solicitation. It�s been posted on SAM.gov under notice number 19AJ2022Q0020 since May 27, 2022. �
