Description

Amendment 1 � Incorporates changes to the solicitation issue date and to correct language associated with the process for requesting access to the solicitation. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Benning anticipates awarding a firm fixed price commercial contract for Information Technology (IT) HelpDesk Support Services for the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE), Fort Benning, Georgia. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541513, Computer Facilities Management Services and the small business size standard is $30 million. This procurement is set-aside for the for the 8(a) Business Development Program on a competitive basis IAW FAR 19.815(a). This acquisition is limited to eligible 8(a) participants only. All proposals will meet or exceed the technical standards set forth by the Performance Work Statement. The Government anticipates awarding a base plus four option years. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) utilizing FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Services. The solicitation and all amendments will be issued on or about June 15, 2022 with an anticipated closing date on or about July 6, 2022. It is the interested and eligible 8(a) firm�s responsibility to request a copy of the solicitation as expeditiously as possible since the solicitation will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance IAW FAR 5.205(f)(4). No paper copies will be provided. The solicitation and any amendments shall be submitted directly from the point of contact associated with this notice to all participants who request access. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/content/home to be eligible for the award. Representations and Certifications must also be on record through SAM.
