A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. The National Institute of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC),Critical Care Medicine Department (CCMD) intends to solicit a quote and enter into firm-fixed price Digital Structure slide images software technology with Visiopharm Corporation., Visiopharm, a leading digital pathology company with over 20 years of experience, develops innovative solutions for the characterization and quantification of physiological structures and biomarkers in whole slide images. Visiopharm provides a large array of successful image analysis workflows to address many common requirements, and has an open, white box framework for their AI tools and image analysis modules. The versatile, infinite flexibility of the software enables imaging facilities to assemble new image analysis workflows, as well as develop and adapt new AI to fulfill emerging analytical and computational challenges that arise in research projects. Automatic and quantitative image analysis has become a requirement of scientific publications that involve tissue-based chromogenic, and fluorescent microscopy images. The purpose of this correspondence is to create a purchase order for the acquisition of� Oncotopix Discovery software bundle as quote QUO-11219-G9J5J4-0 to be used for the characterization and quantification of physiological structures and biomarkers in whole slide images for Dr. Elinoff PAH animal model studies. This acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the acquisition of commercial items prescribed in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for the competition requirements of Part 6. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this posting. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Comments to this announcement, referencing this posting number, may be submitted to the CC, Office of Purchasing and Contracts, prior to the closing date, June 18, 2022 at 11:00 EST specified in this announcement, electronically to the attention of Priscilla Abalos, Contract Specialist, Priscilla.abalos@nih.gov by the due date and time marked in this notice.
