All interested offerors are requested to read the below requirements. No responses are requested by this notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon VA Medical Center of issues this notice with the intent of giving an opportunity to all interested parties to appropriately prepare for the anticipated Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ will be a Small Business Set aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The FSC/PSC is 6515. This is not a request for quotation; this is for pre-solicitation / synopsize of the proposed contract action. No award will be made on the basis of responses received to this notice. BACKGROUND The Lebanon VA Medical Center has a requirement for an (Brand Name) Medtronic NT Integrated Power Console Kits and Medtronic MIDAS Rex MR8 Electric Motor Kits Item # Description/Part Number* Qty 1 Medtronic NT Integrated Power Console Kit #EK001 2 2 Medtronic MIDAS Rex MR8 Electric Motor Kit #EK800 2 PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION The Contractor upon being awarded the contract shall provide services as described herein to meet the mission requirements of the Lebanon VA Medical Center. Accordingly, the Department of Veterans Affairs plans the issuance of the following solicitation (RFQ): RFQ Title: Medtronic NT Integrated Power Console Kits and Medtronic MIDAS Rex MR8 Electric Motor Kits RFQ issuance date: June 13, 2022. RFQ issuance method: The solicitation will be posted on the website of the beta.sam.gov at SAM.gov | Search and under the Business Opportunities section. The awardee will be required to speak, write and correspond in English Language. RFQ response date: June 17, 2022. Award date: June 25, 2022, or sooner. Award procedures: In accordance with FAR 13.106-3 Place of performance: Lebanon, PA 17042 Special contract requirements: The Contractor shall possess all permits, licenses, and any other appointments required for the prosecution of work under this contract. Interested parties are reminded that information furnished hereunder may be subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Therefore, all items that are confidential to business, or contain trade secrets, proprietary, or personnel information must be clearly marked. Marking of items will not necessarily preclude disclosure when The Department of Veterans Affairs determines disclosure is warranted by FOIA. However, if such items are not marked, all information contained within the submitted documents will be deemed releasable
