This advertisement to is to amend the SAM advertisement Notice ID 57-18011-21-FA posted under GSA on May 4, 2021. The following advertisement is amended to reflect the following: U.S. GOVERNMENT The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Indiana City: Lebanon Delineated Area: N: CR 400 E: CR 500 S: CR 300 W: CR 400 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,520 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,746 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 5,198 Space Type: Office Reserved Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Reserved Parking Spaces (Gated): 0 Non-Reserved Parking Spaces (Total): 38 Full Term: 20 Firm Term: 10 Additional Requirements: Secured Fence Parking Pull parking for larger trucks and vehicles with turnaround The Government wishes to lease space in existing building, or in a building to be constructed for Government� use. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The space offered, its location, and its surroundings must be compatible with the Government�s intended use. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space and site shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Additional parking spaces may be located on-site and/or within � of a mile of the premises, pedestrian accessible. Preferred first floor, contiguous space the meets accessibility requirements. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.
