Description
State: Pennsylvania City: Johnstown Delineated Area: Start at the corner of Johns Street and Washington Street. Continue south down Johns Street until it bisects with PA- 56. Follow PA-56 southeast across the rive until it connects with Menoher Boulevard. Continue down Menoher Boulevard until you reach Crow Place. Tun on to Crow Place and follow the road until it connects with Sherman Street. Turn north on Sherman Street until it connects with Dilbert Street. Tun east on Dilbert Street and follow it until it connects with Somerset Street. Turn north on Somerset Street and continue until it connects with Franklin Street. Take Franklin Street over the river and turn east on Vine Street. From Vine Street turn on to Bedford�Street. Turn north from Bedford Street on to Adams Street. Take Adams Street north until it connects with Railroad Street. Turn west on Railroad Street and continue until it connects with Clinton Street. Take Clinton street to Washington Street. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
