Description

Introduction. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement to install a new fire alarm system at USCG Station Oxford. Place of Performance. USCG Station Oxford, 904A South Morris Street, Oxford, MD 21654 Site Visit FAR Part 52.237-1 Offerors are strongly encouraged to visit the location in paragraph 2 of this solicitation to inspect the worksite and observe any unique conditions that may hinder or facilitate performance. The Site Visits shall be scheduled between Wednesday, June 15, 2022 � Friday, June 17, 2022 from 9:30am to 3:00pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Offerors planning to attend shall make arrangements with BMC Christopher Skala at Christopher.j.skala@uscg.mil or 410-226-0580. A valid photo Identification is required to gain access to the facility. Offerors are solely responsible for all transportation costs for the site visit. Questions and Answers. All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at Noon EDT. Questions received after this time and date may or may not be addressed by USCG. Questions will only be accepted in email format. Questions received in any other format will be disregarded. Emails shall be addressed to the joint attention of the Contract Specialist SK2 Allyson Breeden at Allyson.C.Breeden@uscg.mil and Contracting Officer, SK1 Danielle Smith at Danielle.C.Smith@uscg.mil. Quote Submissions. The deadline for quotes submission is Monday, June 27, 2022 at Noon (EDT). Any quote received after the aforementioned date and time risks immediate rejection by the Contracting Officer. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that is not emailed will not be considered for award. All quote emails shall be addressed to the joint attention of the Contract Specialist SK2 Allyson Breeden at Allyson.C.Breeden@uscg.mil and Contracting Officer, SK1 Danielle Smith at Danielle.C.Smith@uscg.mil. �
