Description

NASA/GRC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following Commercial item/services: Technical Workforce Education and Expertise Development Services (TWEEDS). This procurement is a competitive 8(a) small business set-aside.� It is a consolidation of the following two contracts: NNC16BA06B / NNC16TA99T (Glenn Research Center) and NNK16OL05C (Kennedy Space Center). The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 611430 and $12,000,000, respectively.� The anticipated release date of the Final RFP (80GRC022R0013) is on or about July 11, 2022, with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about August 19, 2022. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.� NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.� The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html. This posting, in addition to any attached documents, will be available on www.sam.gov . Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).� All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing (via e-mail) to Stephanie D�Anniballe at Stephanie.C.D�Anniballe@nasa.gov, not later than Friday, June 24, 2022 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.� Telephone questions will not be accepted.
