Description: The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is procuring brand name, commercial-off-the-shelf IHS Markit Software Subscription Renewal for Naval Sea Systems (NAVSEA) Norfolk Naval Shipyard Plant Equipment Support Office (PESO). The estimated period of performance will be date of award through February 14, 2023, with two 1-year option periods. This order has an effective date of date of award. However, the Government is authorized to any new releases or upgrades between February 15, 2022, through date of award at no additional cost.
