Description

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is DJF-22-1800-PR-0004206. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. This combined synopsis/solicitaion for commercial items is in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice will be distributed solely through the System for Award Management (SAM) Contract Opportunities website (SAM.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220. This is set aside 100% for small business. Please see attached RFQ for details. Quote submissions shall meet all specifications listed for this requirement with no substitutions; any submissions deviating from the specifications listed for this requirement may be considered ""unresponsive"".� Please ensure your company is registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Effective July 29, 2012, all vendors must be registered on www.SAM.gov to be considered eligible to receive government contracts. The FBI utilizes a financial system that has a direct interface with SAM. If any current FBI vendor data conflicts with SAM data, the information contained in SAM may override our current information. Please ensure that your company's SAM information is updated and accurate. This includes: TIN, EFT, UEI, addresses and contact information. The EFT banking information on file in SAM will be what the FBI uses to process payment to your organization.
