6/7/2022 AMENDMENT #1 EXTEND DUE DATE TO JUNE 13, 2022 AT 1630 MT SCOPE OF CONTRACT This project includes all work and materials necessary for the remodel of the existing Manila Bunkhouse building. BASE BID ITEM:� Work is described in the following specifications and drawings and includes but is not limited to:� Asbestos abatement, demolition of walls, framing, fireplace surround, carpet, vinyl flooring, vinyl siding, gypsum board, doors, hardware, plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, plumbing, registers, lighting, wiring, outlets, and telecom. Base bid work includes wood wall framing, vinyl siding, wood and resilient base, gypsum board, doors and frames, minor wall and door repairs, door hardware, FRP wallcovering, carpeting, vinyl sheet flooring, wood floor refinishing, thermal and sound insulation, painting, toilets, bathtubs, faucets, lavatories, toilet and shower accessories, fans, reinstalling registers, new lighting, power, wiring, telecom. This project has the following possible Bid Options as shown in the drawings and specifications. The schedule of Items for the bid options described in the drawings and specifications are as follows:� OPTIONAL BID ITEM (1) � All work for removal and replacement of vinyl windows including demo, window, flashing, sealant and casework. OPTIONAL BID ITEM (2)- All work required to remove existing appliances, furnish and install new refrigerator, stove, hood, ductwork, controls, dishwasher, microwave washer and dryer. OPTIONAL BID ITEM (3) -All work required to demo and install new kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink, faucet. OPTIONAL BID ITEM (4) Remove and replace window blinds.� See specification. OPTIONAL BID ITEM (5) Adjust and clean existing vinyl windows in sleeping rooms for functional use. �OPTIONAL BID ITEM (6) Provide road base, sod removal, new asphalt pavement marking, accessible sign, concrete bumper. OPTIONAL BID ITEM (7) Remove concrete stairs, railing and sidewalls at front entry.� Construct new concrete ramp, sidewalk, railings, stairs. This project is to be constructed while the building is occupied by the user. Coordination and phasing of work is required. �Staging and storage of materials are to be coordinated with the user prior to the start of the project. Damages to any portion of the building while this project is completed are to be repaired with matching finishes. PROJECT LOCATIONThe project is located at the Flaming Gorge Ranger District Office of the Ashley National Forest, located in Manila, Utah.� It is near the intersection of Highway 43 and Highway 44.
