Description

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Hanscom Air Force Base, AFLCMC/PZIA anticipates contracting for the repair sustain HVAC Acquisition Facility Building 1607 at Hanscom Air Force Base. The Contractor shall perform the following: Base Bid � Onsite field investigation, verification of existing conditions, assessment report Title 1A services, Design Effort Title 1B, All effort associated with Rm 264 & 169 The Government anticipates awarding a single award contract to fulfill this requirement. The magnitude of this requirement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The anticipated term of this contract will be 360 days from award without Options CLINs. The resulting contract is anticipated to be awarded as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 236220 (size standard: $36.5M). This is not a request for proposals at this time. The completed solicitation requirements and contract documents to include instructions for submission and the solicitation response date will be available on or about 21 June 2022.
