- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a service, Force Deployment Readiness Exercise (FP-DRE) Training event in support of 3rd Squadron, 1st Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 19.502-2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation constitutes a request for quotes. This is a request for quote (RFQ) with a solicitation number W911SF22R0027. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This requirement is to provide a service, Force Deployment Readiness Exercise (FP-DRE) Training event in support of 3rd Squadron, 1st Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB).� The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 611710 Education/Training-Combat. The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract using �ALL or NONE� basis to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose price is lowest and considered fair and reasonable. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:� The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Benning a requirement to provide a Force Deployment Readiness Exercise (FP-DRE) Training event in support of 3rd Squadron, 1st Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB).� The unit is planning to execute FP-DRE training from 21-28 June 2022.� This service requires cadre to leverage experience in the highest levels of the interagency, diplomatic and special operations environments.� Essential to this training is the expertise that comes from cadre that have worked in many embassies around the world so that our Advisors can gain the knowledge they have due to intimate experience the cadre have in working in those areas.� Further details of the Program of Instruction (POI) can be found in the Performance Work Statement. The Government contemplates to award a firm fixed price using basis to an offeror who has determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose price is the lowest price technically acceptable and considered fair and reasonable.� If the contractor shows a pattern of not complying with the Performance Work Statement, the contractor will be terminated.�� The only evaluating factors are technical and price.�
