Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Zone, Caribou-Targhee National Forest, has a need for prescribed burn fuel support, with a tender. All work will be performed on U.S. Forest Service administered lands of the Caribou-Targhee National Forest.� Any work performed on other lands shall not be obligated by this contract. Location maps where work activities are to be performed are provided within this combined synopsis. The period of performance for all units are to begin no sooner than August 1, 2022 and shall be completed no later than December 1, 2023. The Government anticipates using a maximum of 300 gallons of each type of fuel at each site. It is also anticipated that one location will be burned on a single day, though this does not preclude the possibility of buring two or more locations on the same date. �� At a minimum, the quote must clearly provide the following: 1.� Schedule of Items (Pages 1-2). 2. FAR 52.204-24 (Page 6). 3. FAR 52.209-11 (Page 8). 4. Information Outlined in FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation (See Pages 9-10). 5. FAR 52.212-3 (b) (Page 11). 6. Exhibit #1 Experience and Equipment Questionnaire (Pages 22-24). 7. Exhibit #2 Form SF-1413 Subcontractor (If applicable). (Page 25). Please pay particular attention to the Green and Red highlighted sections of the RFQ.
