SOURCES SOUGHT.�� The Government intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price contract to purchase Interacoustics Eclipse EP25 equipment that includes: Interacoustics ASSR Module for Eclipse Interacoustics Eclipse DPOAE/ TEOAE Module License Code VEMP 1086 Interacoustics Printer Interacoustics Eclipse Cart Finishing Kit Interacoustics Eclipse Cart - Must be ordred with Interacoustics Eclipse Cart. Includes two-drawer cart, Locking drawer, and sliding drawer for keyboard and mouse. Must be ordered with ITA-8511215 (power strip) which will replace an older outdated piece of equipment used for Pediatric Audiology. Interacoustics OtoAccess DataBase single user license code -No Charge Per Dick Mitchell Labor - Installation and training Interacoustics Eclipse Power Strip - ***Must be ordered with ITA-8521137 (Eclipse Cart)*** The contractor shall furnish all material; equipment; etc., necessary to meet the full requirement.
