The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole sourced award for purchase of One Year Preventive Maintenance and Service Repair of the Panther Fusion System (Model Number 912090000) and components located in Microbiology Lab, Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC 28310. Preventative maintenance by Hologic service technician according to operator's or user's manual during normal working hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. local time (excluding Hologic holidays). Equipment repair for reasons other than those listed below under ""Services Excluded"". Access to Hologic Technical Support telephone support, Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00pm Pacific Standard time (excluding Hologic holidays). Telephone number for Technical Support.
