- The U.S. Department of Energy, Southwestern Power Administration (Southwestern), intends to contract by means other than full and open competition based on brand name justification to DNV-GL for the renewal of Southwestern Power�s Cascade BaseStation Software Licenses in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). The applicable NAICS code is 541511 with a small business size standard is $30.0 million. This notice is not a request for quotes or proposals. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability to accommodate this requirement by e-mailing the Contracting Officer at william.collier@swpa.gov no later than 12:00 PM Central Time, June 21, 2022. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement at Southwestern�s sole discretion. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. Southwestern is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this Notice.
