- Description
- Sierra Army Depot located in Herlong, California has a requirement for BALLAST TAMPER & REGULATOR RENTAL. Performance date to be determined. This procurement is being solicited as a UNRESTRICTED. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 532412. The related small business size standard is $35,000,000.00. Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 & 13.5, Full & Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be emailed, Attn: Jason Huth where the answer will be posted to SAM 7 days prior to the closing of this solicitation. No telephone questions will be accepted. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation. Please use the attachments to be able to submit your quote. Instructions to Offerors This action is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items/services in accordance with FAR 12 and 13.5. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1 (g) The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should contain the offeror�s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. 1. Offer shall consist of: � � a.
