This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This is a notice that the procurement is a total set-aside for Small Business. Only quotes submitted by Small Business will be accepted by the government. �Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not Small Business will not be considered for award. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-06 effective 5/1/2022. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The FAR clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses http://www.acquisition.gov/far/. The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking to issue a firm fixed price contract for the purchase of a 60HP, 4 Wheel Drive Tractor with Enclosed Cab, Loader and Bucket for the Beaumont Reserve Fleet in accordance with the Attachment 1 - Statement of Work, Attachment 2 � Solicitation and Contract Clauses and Invoicing Instructions and Attachment 3 - Price Sheet. The cut-off date for questions in response to the solicitation 6 June 2022 at 10:00 am CST.� The solicitation closing date is 15 June 2022 at 10:00 am CST.
