The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, on behalf of the PM-TAS intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a new sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract on the�DM191A1 is a Percussion Primer to RUAG Ammotec GmbH at�Kronacher Strasse 63, 90765 Fuerth / Germany.�The Limiting Competition at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold cites for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization.
