- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking qualified and capable�contractors to submit offers for the demolition of instrument air compressors & associated pneumatic system at FAA's Air Route Traffic�Control Center (ARTCC) located in Longmont, Colorado. This procurement is being set aside for a small business. The NAICS code for this�project is 238910 - Site Preparation Contractors, which has a�small business size standard of $16.5 Million. Estimated size of this project: Under $100,000.� Work included in project: Demolish two air compressors, compressor control panel, air dryer unit, valves, pressure regulators, oiler and dryer components, filters, and associated components for the abandoned pneumatic system, including piping.� This work will be completed in the basement and power services building.� IMPORTANT DATES / TIMES (SEE ATTACHED RFO COVER LETTER & RFO SECTIONS L & M FOR COMPLETE DETAILS): RSVP FOR SITE VISIT BY 3:00 P.M.
