Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: Tampa Delineated Area: North: East Cass Street South: East Jackson Street East: North Jefferson Street West: North Ashley Drive Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Total 28,047 (Block A = 21,104/ Block B� = 6,943) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Total 28,047 (Block A = 21,104/ Block B� = 6,943) Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 22, see breakdown below Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 10 (associated with Block B) 12 (associated with Block A) Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional[H1]� Requirements Block A and Block B shall be two separately demised suites and do not need to be contiguous. Only each block must be contiguous, and block A may not exceed two contiguous floors.. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.� Action: for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions.� Delete for procurement summary page. The[H2]� U.S. Government currently occupies approximately 28,047 ABOA SF of office and related space in a building under a lease in Tampa, FL. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Action: For FBO postings, delete �offers due;� for procurement summary, keep �offers due� and delete �(estimated)� from dates.
