Ft. (ABOA): 12,795 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,435 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 30 reserved spaces in a structured garage, but may consider surface parking if it can be fenced and secured. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.� Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
