- General Background The St Petersburg regional office has 10 Elkay water fountains throughout building 46, that are damaged and some in non-working condition with parts removed. The building has been shut down to employees and the public for the last two years. Objective The objective is to replace the existing water fountains and replace them with bottle filling stations that are hands free, filtered & chilled. The bottle filling station should be comparable to Elkay model # LZWSM8PK. Scope of Work The contractor must provide all resources necessary to accomplish the tasks and deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW). Remove and dispose of existing water fountains and replace with bottle filling stations. Bottle filling stations will be comparable to Elkay model # LZWSM8PK, hands free, sensor operated, chilled & filtered. Period of Performance 30 days from the date of award. Place and hours of Performance St Petersburg Regional office 9500 Bay Pines Blvd St Petersburg Florida 33744. Hours are 1800hrs 0200hrs (6:00 PM 2:00AM) Monday Friday. Weekends are available with advanced notice and approval from management.
