Description

This is an official MARKET SURVEY (ONLY) for the USDA � Forest Service. The Agency is looking for small businesses qualified to provide the following service(s): SERVICE: Consulting Services SPECIFICATIONS: The scope of this contract is to provide technical subject matter expertise and training to the Region�s Fire and Aviation employees on Forest Service fire management and aviation related topics. The contractor may provide coaching/mentoring to staff members to accelerate their successful assimilation into the agency and the region or provide support to field units. The offerer may also assist the Fire Director and their staff with; research, analysis and recommendations on fire and aviation matters such as but not limited to all risk, fire management or aviation contracts, Safety Management Systems, Risk Management, Unmanned Aerial Systems, program and project evaluation, staff reviews, coaching and mentoring opportunities and training development and delivery.
