Description

The contractor shall provide support services regardless of the selected engineering lifecycle path, methodology or approach for development and delivery of program capabilities.� IRS development paths may include: Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, Commercial-Off the-Shelf (COTS), Mobile Apps, Managed Services, or other IRS approved Software development Lifecyle paths.� Capability development and delivery may be accomplished using traditional, largely sequential, or waterfall-based approaches, as well as more iterative and incremental approaches that include leveraging Agile and Development Operations (DevOps) principles, methodologies, practices, and tools.� The contractor shall assist the IRS in defining, managing, and executing strategies that result in the delivery of high-value, high-quality IT services and capabilities to meet both current and emerging IRS business needs.
