- SOURCE SOUGHT SYNOPSIS (Not a Notice of Solicitation)� FA557022Q1003 The United States Air Force, 501 Combat Support Wing, Regional Contracting Office, RAF Alconbury, United Kingdom is seeking capabilities packages of potential sources, that are capable of providing vehicle leasing services at RAF Alconbury, RAF Fairford, RAF Molesworth, RAF Digby, and RAF Croughton.� Firms should provide detailed infromation to show clear technical compliance with the attached Draft Performance Work Statement.�Estimated period of performance is August 2022 through July 2027. Multiple performance and delivery locations exist across the United Kingdom.� At this time a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quanity is contemplated for this effort but is submit to change in response to this notice.� All interested firms shall submit a response demonstrating their capability to provide the requested services to the Primary Point�of Contact listed below. As stipulated in FAR 15.201, responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No solicitation (Request for Quotes) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The decision to solicit for a contract shall be solely within the Government's discretion.�� Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought synopsis is voluntary. This sources sought notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government reimburse any costs associated with the submission of information in response to this notice. Respondents will not be individually notified of the results of any Government assessments. The Government's assessment of the capability statements received will factor into whether any forthcoming solicitation will be conducted as a full and open competition or as a local area set-aside.� � Interested firms are encouraged to provide feedback regarding the Attached Draft Performance Work Statement. Responses detailing innovative and cost saving methods to meeting the governments objectives set forth in the Draft Performance Work Statement are highly encouraged and requested by the government.�� All interested firms must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of any subsequent contract resulting from this notice. Should you have�any questions regarding this, or are unable to complete registration but intend to do so prior to submitting your response to this notice, please inform the POC for this notice.� Invoicing and payment is intended to made through Wide Area Work Flow�{WAWF) and credit card. Once SAM registration is complete, please go to https://wawf.eb.mil/ to register for WAWF.� CAPABILITIES PACKAGE: All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates their capability to provide the required audio visual design and install services in accordance with the Draft Performance Work Statement.
