Description: The Refined Product Reserve was established by the DOE in 2014 to provide an emergency stock of gasoline ready-for-blending-with-ethanol product in the event of a severe supply shortage. �Depending on the geographical location and based on EPA and state regulations, the ready-for-blending stock will consist of either CBOB or RBOB.� The DOE is soliciting contracts for the storage and distribution of a 1,000,000 barrel gasoline Reserve.
