- Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, VISN 11 Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source for the following items listed below. The associated NAICS code for this medical equipment is 339112. The vendor, ScriptPro USA, Inc, is a large business, located at 5828 Reeds Road, Mission KS, 66202. Description of equipment requirements: The contractor shall provide all necessary travel, professional services, hardware, installation and onsite calibration and testing of the robotic prescription dispensing systems. The contractor shall provide all the necessary installation services and training to install the necessary upgrades required. This shall include: Item Description Quantity SP 200/CCC (6 slot) Robotic Prescription Dispensing System with 6 slot Collating Control Center 2 SP 50/CCC (6 slot) Robotic Prescription Dispensing System with 6 slot Collating Control Center 1 A firm fixed price contract with no option years is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This is not a Request for Proposal; this is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source requirement.
