Description

In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FY22-F2Z200C2097AW02- Channel Bank Phase II Parts, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).� This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06.� This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(a).� The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 334210 with a size standard of 1,250 Emp. The subject RFQ number is: FY22-F2Z2950191AW01- Channel Bank Phase II Parts.
