Description

This amendment answers the following vendor questions below: Just to be clear, this Contract is for Canandaigua s 3 Year Maintenance , with maintenance and testing to be performed once on each piece of Equipment every 3 Years (not a Yearly Contract to perform maintenance and testing each year on each piece of Equipment (each year for three years.))  With that assumption, is it expected that of the ~ (15) Bldgs. / areas, there would be ~ (5) Bldgs. / Areas a Year in 2022, 2023 and 2024? All buildings will have maintenance and testing performed on them within 150 days of contract being awarded. These will not be split up over 3 years. The drawings provided appear to be from your Arc Flash Study.  Do you have standardized One Lines denoting the ratings and type of equipment?  The drawings provided are brief with regards to breakers, ATS and don t even reference the Motor Starters that are called out on the Excel Spreadsheet of Appendix A . One lines from Arc Flash study only. No standardized one lines available Please also provide a drawing (One-Line) of the 5KV outdoor shelter-form. There is no requirement to inspect a 5KV outdoor shelter-form as part of this procurement. During the preliminary portion of the Walkthrough a list of the breaker types and styles (with trip units) was requested.  Just following up on that request.  (Breaker manuals are called out Paragraph C of Statement of Work , but not a list with quantities, types by Bldg., etc.) MAIN BREAKER LISTING ATTACHED Are we only bidding the Equipment on Appendix A ?  3.5 of the Statement of Work lists several classifications that do not appear on Appendix A .  They may be on the prints or were noted during the walkthrough, but are not listed.  Please advise as we want to make sure what is requested to be quoted meets expectations. Appendix A is a main listing but all classifications in 3.5 of the statement of work shall be included. On the Walkthrough we were told we went through Bldg. 7 first.  I took a photo that showed a 2000A main breaker.  Prints do not show a 2000 A breaker in Bldg. 7.  Maybe the standardized One Lines will show the Equipment more thoroughly or we weren t in Bldg. 7? One lines from Arc Flash study only. No standardized one lines available Are we expected to do functional testing of the Generators (if that is in our scope of supply)?  Being a critical care facility, will the function tests require a separate mobilization to not be verifying switchover during an Outage? Yes, functional testing of the generators is required but please clarify will the function tests require a separate mobilization to not be verifying switchover during an Outage Is special PPE is required to perform the required tasks? All OSHA, NFPA and NETA PPE requirements are to be followed. Does the facility want the optional NETA inspections and testing to be included in the SOW? No, the optional NETA inspections and testing are not required. This amendment also extends the close date of this solicitation from 05/27/2022 to 06/03/2022. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
